Day 20

25 Jan 2018 (Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina): This is a much hipper city than Santiago. Walking around, people are more attractive and better dressed. This cafe has swings for seats (wat?!), and there are references to American cities, especially NYC, everywhere. Are they referencing / alluding to NYC in an attempt to be more hip or because they already are more hip or both? Regardless, I’m enjoying it. It’s a nice reminder that, before retirement, I lived in the center of the world! 🙂
