13 Mar 2018 (Medellin, Colombia): We go to our favorite local Mexican restaurant for dinner. One of the reasons we love it, aside from the deliciously fresh juices (mine is mango-strawberry!), is the guacamole. It’s free. That guac and chips comes to the table just because we’re here. Some day, perhaps avocados will be cheap enough (and in low enough demand) in New York for this to be possible.
