4 Apr 2018 (Cusco, Peru): I loooooooove Peruvian rotisserie chicken. Ever since living in northern Virginia, I just can’t get enough of the stuff. So far in Cusco, this is my second quarter-bird, and here are my thoughts: (1) the chickens are large, like American-broiler large, (2) the green sauce is pretty bland and not at all spicy, (3) the chicken is a little saltier than I’d like. All around though, it’s hitting the spot, even if I might still rather partake in this.
Related, Leah had never tried Inka Kola. After discovering it has caffeine, she aptly commented “Peru the Dew.”
