23 Jan 2018 (Santiago, Chile): On our last full day in the country, we finally manage to nail lunch: empanadas, street strawberries and avocado, and a dark chocolate alfajore-esque pastry. Six months ago, this is exactly the kind of meal I envisioned having for lunch on this trip: fresh, delicious, and cheap.
